Shipping policy

Where we ship: We ship Australia-wide.

 

Order processing: Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order is dispatched.

 

Dispatch and delivery times: Australian-warehoused items are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days, with estimated delivery of 2 to 8 business days depending on your location. Imported or specialty items (marked on the product page) are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days, with estimated delivery of 10 to 20 business days. Delivery estimates are provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. Remote areas may take longer.

 

Shipping costs: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the item and your delivery address. Many items ship free, which is shown on the product page and at checkout.

 

Tracking: A tracking number is emailed on dispatch. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to begin updating.

 

Incorrect address: Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. Parcels returned to us due to an incorrect address or non-collection may incur a re-delivery fee.

 

Lost or delayed parcels: If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us at admin@placidconnect.com and we will investigate with the carrier.
