Deluxe Commercial Glute Ham Developer (GHD)
The Deluxe Glute Ham Developer is built for athletes and lifters who want to maximise posterior chain development – targeting glutes, hamstrings, calves, and lower back. Unlike traditional GHDs that lose effectiveness at the top of the movement, this upgraded design features an angled, split pad for greater comfort and a smoother, more complete range of motion.
Constructed from heavy-duty 11-gauge steel, this machine is commercial-grade, extremely stable, and built to withstand heavy use. With a fully adjustable footplate and foot holders, it adapts to any user size, ensuring both comfort and safety. The band attachment points let you scale resistance as your strength grows, making it suitable for everyone from beginners to advanced athletes.
