Placid Deals operates in Product Sales. We aim to make products, prices and delivery eligibility clear before a customer pays.
Shopping with us
Products are shown with their current store information. Delivery availability and freight are checked again for the destination before checkout so an order is not accepted for an address the item cannot serve.
How your order is filled
Placid Deals is an online retailer, not a warehouse. We do not hold the stock ourselves: our supply partners pack and send your order to you directly, some from warehouses in Australia and some from overseas. Every product page says which before you buy, and whether the item can reach your address is checked again at checkout. It means we can carry a far wider range than a shop our size could stock, and it means delivery takes longer on an item coming from overseas.
