Orders and prices
Product information, prices and delivery eligibility are checked again at checkout. We may need to contact you if an item becomes unavailable or an order cannot be fulfilled as shown.
Payment
Card payment is processed by the payment provider at checkout. A payment confirmation does not remove any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Placid Rewards and gift vouchers
If you join Placid Rewards or buy a Placid Deals gift voucher, the Placid Rewards and Gift Voucher terms apply in addition to these terms and form part of your agreement with us. They are published at /rewards-terms and are versioned — the version in force when you earned points or bought a voucher is the version that governs it.
Returns
You may request a change-of-mind return within 14 days of receiving your order. Our Returns & Refunds Policy sets out how, what cannot be returned, and your consumer rights, which take precedence.
