We use the details needed to run the store and fulfil an order, such as your name, contact details, delivery address, order details and messages you send us. Card details are handled by our payment provider and are not stored in this storefront.
Why we use it
Information is used to process payment, arrange delivery, provide support, prevent fraud and meet record-keeping obligations. Where an order is fulfilled by a supplier or delivery partner, only the information needed to fulfil that order is shared.
Chatting with our shopping assistant
Chats with our shopping assistant are private and are used only to help you shop and to fulfil your order. We never sell your data. Nothing you type is stored unless you tick “Help us improve” in the chat — that tick is the only reason a person would ever read a chat, other than you asking to speak to a human. The “Forget me” button in the chat permanently deletes anything that was stored, and you can also request deletion at any time.
