Heavy Duty: The bottom of housing is welded to increase breaking torque by 60%. The non-perforated band prevents deforming and stripping if over-torque. Our hose clamps provide superior clamping force and safe sealing. All 304 Stainless Steel: The screw, band and buckle housing are made of 304 SS. To keep smooth worm drive, the screw should be plated with a thin layer of zinc to prevent metal grinding or micro welding when clamp is torqued at high speed. Applications: Our worm clamps are popular general purpose for garden sprinkler, drip irrigation water line clamping and engineered to prevent hose damage so perfect for auto fuel line and gas line.
