Troubleshooting:
1. If the display shows a value of 0, check whether the cover of the product has been removed and whether there is sunlight. Please don't discard the cover.
2. If the display shows an incorrect value during output. This may be due to a wiring problem or a communicating port failure leading to incorrect data acquisition. Please check if the wiring is correct and secure, if the port is occupied, and if the port settings are correct.
Product Maintenance:
1. Please be extremely careful when opening or closing the cover because the filter is valuable and fragile. The filter needs to be kept clean. It is often wiped with a soft cloth or fur.
2. The filter cannot be exposed to water, and there should be no condensation inside the cover.
3. In heavy rain (snow, ice, etc.) or for a long amount of rain, to protect the radiometer, the observer should ideally add a cover according to the specific situation and open the cover once the rain has stopped.
