The cutting edges are hardened and honed for improved sharpness. A chatter-free five-flute design with staggered cutting teeth for free chip flow and fast chatter-free cutting. Suitable for DIY, home and general construction/engineering use. Bonus Tip - 1/4" hex countersinks are great for quick drilling. They do not slip into the drill chuck. You can easily make deep countersinks by setting the depth stop of the countersink to allow the countersink to drill deeper into the work surface.
