Suntory Umeshu Yamazaki Barrel Finish is a Japanese liqueur made from ume fruit (Japanese plum) that has been aged in barrels previously used to mature Yamazaki whisky. The result is a smooth and fruity drink with hints of oak and vanilla from the barrel aging process. It can be enjoyed on its own or as a cocktail ingredient.
