Before putting on the toe separator, you should wash your feet well and make sure they are dry (moisture may cause fungus). Before using this corrector in winter, it is best to wash your feet with hot water to avoid stiff feet. The effect will be better. In order to get the best results, depending on the severity of hallux valgus, you should use the orthosis for 30 minutes a day, up to 3 to 4 hours. You should try to remove traces of dirt, sweat or dust from the calibration well. Slight pain is normal. If it hurts, please adjust it slightly or stop using it temporarily.
