Standard for ModBus RTU Communicate Protocol:
Serial Port Format: 8 data bits, 1 stop bit, no parity, default baud rate 9600bps, serial debugging software set to hex send and receive, minimum interval between two comms at least 500ms, CRC in the manual is the parity, 2 bytes. Default device address is 1.
for Modbus CRC Check Steps:
1. The preset 16 bit register is hexadecimal FFFF, is called CRC register;
2. The first 8 bit data is different from the lower part of the CRC register or put the result in the CRC register;
3. Move the contents of the register to the right one bit (towards the low), fill the highest bit with 0, and check the lowest bit;
4. If the lowest position is 0: repeat step 3 (shifting again) If the lowest position is 1: the CRC register is XOR with polynomial A001 (1010 0000 0000 0001);
5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 until you move to the right 8 times, so that the entire 8 bit data has been processed;
6. Repeat Step 2 to Step 5 to process the another 8 bit data.
The resulting CRC register is the CRC code (the resulting CRC code is low before high after).
Troubleshooting:
1. Wind blade rotation is not great, hysteresis is large. Due to long term use, there are foreign bodies or stuck in the bearing.
2. When analog signal or RS232, RS485 output, the instrument display value is incorrect. The correct data cannot be obtained because the cable connection is faulty or the comm serial port is faulty. Check whether the cable connection is correct
