Bimetallic Material- Copper Alloy and Hardened Steel,Smooth Inner Wall, Smooth Extrusion,Uniform Feeding. Copper alloy has high heat resistance up to 500°C, while hardened steel tip has up to 450 °C, it can be used with most filaments for printing. Bimetallic material with high hardeness for high-speed printing. Nozzle tip is made of hardened steel, Mohs hardeness 7.8, long service life. The body is made of copper alloy, its thermal conductivity is as high as 330W/m.k,ensuring that the nozzle has more evenly heating. The volume is enlarged, supporting a high-speed printing of 600mm/s speed. Nickel plating on the nozzle surface greatly reduces the adhesion of filaments to the nozzle, resulting in smoother feeding.
