Shipping Policy All products are shipped from local warehouses within Australia. Additional shipping charges may apply for remote areas. Under normal circumstances, delivery takes approximately 2–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the delivery address. Deliveries to remote areas may require additional transit time. Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be provided. You may use the tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your order in real time. We work with multiple courier companies to provide reasonable shipping rates and quality delivery services. The carrier used for your order will be determined based on the product dimensions, weight, and delivery location. Due to size and weight restrictions, some products cannot be combined into a single shipment and may be dispatched in separate parcels. Currently, we only ship to addresses within Australia. After full payment has been received, orders will generally be dispatched within 1–3 business days. If re-delivery or a change of delivery address is required after dispatch, additional shipping charges will apply. If you decide you no longer want the product after receiving it and request a return, the actual shipping costs incurred will be deducted from your refund. In addition, a 10% restocking fee will be charged.
