It's got the spring-loaded clip right here, that way you can always adjt the height up and down on your E Track system. You can move this to any mounting location on your E Track system. Thick steel plated with zinc.-- Gold zinc-coated steel for superior corrosion and rt resistance in addition to a life-time of sturdiness. Experiment testing breaking strength: 940lbs. Height 3.4″ x Length 4.4″ x Inside Width 1.7″, 2 bolting holes diameter 1/4″.-- These socket tie downs are generally suitable for e with standard 2x4s (with a true measurement of 1-3/8" x 3-3/8").
